gotten mixed up the paper pages got mixed up. But they were they were in the record before the the staff report was issued. So that's why I was surprised that there were no <mark>public comment</mark>s. I had that note in my copy of the staff report is they were <mark>public comment</mark>s, but they're not mentioned.
