se to adopt the GMA-- excuse me, I'm going to start over. On tonight's, I always print off the agenda. And tonight, two hours ago, they put <mark>public comment</mark> on here. I think it's not transparent that the people did not know there really actually was a <mark>public comment</mark>. They do this quite a bit when you have a government ruling over the people.
